SPECIAL 2: We were very lucky to take possession late last week of a mountain of tombow water colour double ended pens. We just about ran our stock to the ground a couple of weeks ago with our great buy 4 get 1 free offer (20% saving), so much so that we are bringing in on again this week. We’re sure this will make everyone happy as we had lots of people miss out on the colours they wanted. This means don’t leave it too late this time guys and remember mail order is a breeze.

Kids School Holiday Workshops
WOW!! School Holidays have kicked in already. That means there will be lots of busy mums out there preparing for Christmas. How about a couple of hours peace and quiet from the boredom of School Holiday Pre-Christmas woes! Below are a “few” participants that came to school holiday classes last year who look (really really) bored hey!! not a chance!”. Check out our December Kids Play Sessions for 5-9 years olds times before Christmas arrives december-2006-class-schedule.pdf. Our January Kids Classes is packed with day sessions, our first ever 5-8yo BOYS ZONE CLASS and a 12-15yo Teenage Girls Silly Sleepover Party. Adult Classes will be released at the same time so the big kids don’t miss out either!
New Stock arrived!
Well what a busy week it has been in the stock room at Scrapbook Designs. This week we took delivery of the fantastic cardstocks and vellums from Worldwin Papers. They are totally awesome and we have given you the links to relevant pages and swatches as the info on the site is very good. The cardstocks we will be carrying instore include the 144 colours of quality cardstock ColorMates which comprise of 36 colours in 4 graduting shades each, making them the ideal layering cardstock http://www.worldwinpapers.com/colormates.html, DoubleMates, 40 double sided quality cardstocks with a light and a co-ordinating vivid side http://www.worldwinpapers.com/doublemates.html, Treasures, 40 great cardstock colours with a beautiful Hopsack texture. Sarah, now dubbed with affection, “The Demo Queen” has been showing customers how to aged and distress, do stamp kissing (involving no lips) and other great stuff with these ink pads. OH OH OH or should I be saying HO HO HO!!! Do you want to know a secret? We’re finding it hard to keep the news to ourselves and have been busting to tell! Here goes…..The hottest item on the papercraft planet at the moment is coming to town! That’s right, if you’ve seen it advertised in every magazine and gone gaga over what this baby can do………then you know I’m raving about the Provocraft CricutTM Machine. We are soon to become an authorised dealer of CricutTM and have have every possible finger and toe crossed that our order is going to arrive JUST in the nick of time for Christmas deliveries.
